School Donations

Donations from parents/caregivers are requested to cover additional resources and teaching support, significantly enhancing the learning opportunities at school.

Stanley Bay Primary School's Board of Trustees parent donation is as follows:

Cost per child                       
Less $15 if paid before 31st March)
1st and 2nd child $400 each
3rd child $200
4th child  00

Plus $25 photocopying donation.

Donations are tax-deductible and receipts for 
school donations only
 will be sent during term time.

Our preferred methos of payment is by internet, otherwise payments can be made by cheque, cash or EFTPOS at the school office.

Note: Direct credit payments can be made in full or by regular instalments. Last payments should be received before December 15.

Other Costs

Stationery may be purchased online through Office Max, who hold our class stationery lists in their system. You may choose to download the list from their site and buy your stationery elsewhere.

Costs for extra-curricular activities e.g. class and school trips, camps and overnight visits, or visiting performers that support and enhance the school curriculum are a separate item from the school donation. Your child will be issued with a notice requesting a payment prior to the trip or performance.

Throughout the year, parents are regularly sent a request for payment which may cover items such as Mathletics, Kapa Haka, and Waterwise.

Participation in sports teams, ICAS (NSW examinations for years 4-6 only) are at your discretion and the school merely collects payments on behalf of the club or institution. All payments must be made at the time of enrolment and before the season, or exam, commences.
